I cannot add a new agent user. What should I do?

The desired agent user should be registered in order to add the agent user.

Agent users who have NOT been registered can NOT be added.

*The following error will be displayed when an Email address which has NOT been registered is entered and "Add" is clicked.

After the desired agent user is registered, the agent user can be added on "App Settings" > "Agent-App" page (The above).
