How to deal with if logs are not displayed by Debug function

Check settings, according to the following steps.

 

1) Device IDs
Check if advertising IDs (Android: Google Advertising ID / iOS: IDFA) of the registered device and that of the testing device are the same. After that, confirm the operations again.
 
2) Device status
Check if the status of the registered device is valid.
The status will be invalid 30 minutes after changing to valid.
Perform debug within the time again.

3) Logs are NOT displayed even though a valid device is being operated
The SDK integration may NOT have been performed correctly if logs are NOT displayed after a lapse of 20 minutes. Check the SDK integration steps and the details again.

4) Logs are NOT displayed even though the SDK integration and the settings of the operated device have been performed correctly
