Is there a support period for the SDK?

The support period is approximately 6 months after the release of the latest version of the SDK.

 

Support Period Example

If the latest SDK version is 2.1.0:

  • Release date for Metaps Analytics SDK 2.1.0: 06/29/21
    • The latest version has an unrestricted support period
  • Release date for Metaps Analytics SDK 2.0.0: 05/12/21
    • Due to being a previous version, the support period is limited (6 months)
    • The support period is offered until 28/12/21

Please update your software regularly, as we are not able to respond to questions or problems related to unsupported versions.
